Printrbot simple metal wide footprint

For the most part, this is identical to Thorped's design as I reverse engineered it. Admittedly it is 3mm narrower than his.

Reason for this remix is because the original front foot did not fit my printer, but that could actually have been a bad slicing job.

Foot inserts to be printed in flexible filament. (I don't have any, so I am waiting on a friend.)

When printing, rotate the part by 90deg so that it is orientated in the
