Little Turtle Tie Off

This is a little turtle tie-off, the intention is to put a t-shirt on a dog and to use these to tie off the excess cloth without being destructive to the garment. You could use them anywhere you want to tie off some excess cloth, it doesn't have to be on a big dopey sweet pit bull, but it needs to be somewhere you want a turtle.
