S-500 400W Power Supply cover w-switch and AC socket

This cover fits the S-500 power supply. This is a 12V, 40A 500W unit.
It has switch and power socket mounting holes. My Power cord is the standard PC PSU power cord. The DC wires are simply brought out thru holes. There is a hole below the socket that I plan on using for a light pipe for the power LED when I find the right one.
There is only a single extra hole needed in the PSU frame on the right side where the lower screw is seen. The left side is held in place by a protrusion that slides
