Proton Pack Middle Bit - Repaired

This is re-drawn version of loughkb's middle bumper part. I was having a lot of problem printing this piece and up further inspection saw that the file was a little funky. So, I cleaned it up.

I have not printed this yet, but it should fit with the left and right bumper pieces.
