8mm smooth rod to 10mm

I really like the look of the NFX Y-Corner but it is for the einstein variant 10mm smooth rod and I have the rework with 8mm smooth rods and i couldn't change the stl so I have made an adapter so I could use them. It should work for any of the 10mm rod placements. I hope this helps someone else new to modeling.
