Customizable Extruder Groove Mount v3 with Servo

This is the third and probably the final version of the extruder mount. that I made to accommodate the groove mount or to fit in j-head and e3d mount style.

This is an improvement of the previous version with an option to pick which mounting screw you want. There are 3 types of mount screws to fasten your extruder:
1. Original design - uses 4 screws
2. Geeetech plate - 2 m4 screws, at most would be 16mm in length
3. Greg's Wade - This one based on the Greg's wade reloaded found here htt
