Small gear for RepRapPro mini extruder

The original small gear file on git-hub doesn't print well with a 0.4mm nozzle. (the wiki suggests 0.3mm or less) I needed a replacement so I designed this one. The base of the teeth is thinner than the original, to help with the gap depth, but the ends are an exact match for the gaps in the big gear teeth so hopefully it won't wear too quickly.

It's also 1.2mm taller than the original, which fits my motor shaft better. I can upload a same height version if needed.
