Tantillus E3D carriage

This carriage allows you to mount an E3Dv6 or in my case an E3D lite6 hotend to your tantillus.

You will have to sacrifice a little bit of X and Y for this though.
Final buildplate dimensions are X:70 Y:85 Z:100

I also added an experimental version with mounting points for X and Y endstops, but I havent printed this version yet.

UPDATE: I printed the first endstop version, but it doesnt reach the Axis-Ends, will improve soon!
