Laser Cut Transparent Clear Hotend 3.0mm Rev1.0

Tried plenty of material for hotend. Like J-Head peek, nylon, PU carbon then to all aluminum . Finally tried something different and result is promising. Heating time is fast and extrusion is somewhere 20-30% more efficient. Initially with direct drive gear filament, extrusion speed is 160mm/sec in Marlin setting. Now just 120mm/sec and still tuning it out for best print out.
