MTB Mudguard Clip (unusual clip thing)

Pretty random sort of clip to solve a specific problem on my bike's rear mudguard. Put it up in the unlikely event it is useful for anything else.

20mm between centres, 5mm diameter posts. Long post fits through a 19.2mm diameter frame tube.

Fits together with a M3 bolt (10mm should be long enough)
