bedside holder supports two cup sizes and creative tools

Have printed a solid thing with success.

Removed the hollowed version,
Removed the 40mm version
Added the cut version. intended for printing out using the least capable printer ;-). Glue the parts together along the cutsurface.

This thing is heavily inspired / derived from thing 906073.
Mounts onto boards of 20/30mm thickness.
Two cup sizes: 73mm and 85mm diameter.
The small two holes are intended for holding creative tools i.e. ballp
