Emco Maximat Super 11 Threading Dial

I needed a threading dial for my Emco Maximat Super 11 metal lathe but they are very hard to come by so I decided to design and print one.

My machine is the imperial version so I only needed a single 16 tooth gear instead of the 3 gear version on the metric machines. I found some dimensions online which helped get a rough idea and then 2 prototypes and I had a working version.

Ive used this for a few threading operations now and it works as it should tracking screw position.
