Super simple adjustable-height rod hanger

My son asked for something that would suspend a rod from which he can hang little fabric toys for his baby to look at while lying on his back. The dowel holes are sized for 3/16" dowels for the tripod and the horizontal and 1/4" for the vertical.

The parts print very quickly.
