Prusa I3 Compatible Extruder Mount for UBIS Ceramic Hotend

I have an old UBIS ceramic hotend (from a printrbot simple) and I wanted to use it with my prusa i3 rework printer. I modified the mount and clamp to fit the dimensions of the UBIS ceramic hot end
