Orca 0.4x to Megatronics conversion.

I've recently changed out my Gen6 Deluxe to a Megatronics v2 board.
I have designed this case to mount the board to the Orca.
The DRV8825 stepper controllers allow 32x microstepping, the original steps/mm must be multiplied by 4 if using this.
Things to note - the end-stops need to be replaced with 3-wire versions. (+, -, Signal), and that the original connectiors cannot be used for them (the original opto-connectors take up 2x5 pins, instead of 1x3, hope this makes sense.)
