BI V2.5 Effector plates for the E3D V6 or 3Glass Autolift

For this you need:
1 Adjustment plate
3 batwing plates
2 Center plates (added slot for the effector)

In the Adjustment plate you need to tap the large holes to M16x1
This is a non-standard thread size. Diameter 16mm and thread pitch is 1mm.

Material for all the plates is Aluminium.
For a direct replacement, keep the thickness identical to the original. These are:
Adjustment plate is 3/16"
Batwing is 1/16"
Center plate is 1/8"
