Tired of messing about with large washers on each side of your T2 belt idler bearings, to keep the belt in line? Use two of these things to flange-up your ZZ-608 bearings.
Seem to print best at 0.2mm layer thickness. I used no infill to keep them solid.
Drop the flanges in hot water for a minute; a quick dry and they slip on your ZZ-608 bearing like a glove. I use them just as is, but you couldplace a drop of super-glue on the join , between the two flanges if you are a worrier. Enjoy my
