Effector and plates

Here is a new effector for the BI v2.6.
It uses magnetic joints and is designed for the E3D V6 hotends.
Up to three can be fitted, but you might run into heat problems as the hot air will have nowhere to go.

The whole assembly consists of the effector and three new plates to hold the V6's and a batwing to lock it into place. Of course you need 3 batwings.
