Kitty Litter Jug Watering Cap

I used Syvwich's excellent Screw Library to create a cap with watering holes for the Kitty Litter jugs my wife uses to store rainwater in. Inspired by Edmo's Watering spout for 2 liter bottle and Uumeran's Watering Spout for Gallon Jug.
