Still retains urinary-hole, so the device never needs to be removed, which again, increases the amount of Progress gained.

Note: There are now 4 Parts to this.
You will need to bond the Parts together after assembly, using glue.

Depending on your Printer, you may need to Modify, or print only 1 section at a time.
