All printable parts to assemble Prusa i2 with single Z motor. Meaningful differencies from vanilla i2:

* 5 mm threaded rods
* GT2 belts (974mm annular loop for Z axis)
* Geeetech E3Dv5-clone bowden extruder
* All optical endstops
* Printed hotbed (ABS)
* Long LM8LUU linear slide bearings
* Build area 185x185x100 mm
* Printing speed up to 100 mm/s (0.35 mm nozzle)
* Extrusion feed rate above 500 mm/min (1.75 mm filament, MK8 gear)
