Prusa v2 holder for z-adjuster screw

This is a z adjuster-screw holder that clamps around a standard prusa v2 x-motor mount. The holder is meant to be paired with the right-handed, base-wired end stop holder from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:806909

It uses 2 M3 screws: one to hold the clamp and one for the adjuster screw. Just add a ballpoint pen spring to the adjuster screw to compensate for backlash and make sure the screw doesn't wiggle out of position.
