Duplicator i3: Top Mount Spool Adapter

This is an adapter to mount filament spools on the top of the printer frame. This is not as good a solution as using a filament guide tube. With my guide tube setup I am limited to around 150mm of print height. If I need more than 150mm I'll use this adapter instead of the guide tube.
