K8200 - stiffening and herringbone extruder gears

My K8200 printer needed some stiffening (screwed two iron bars 8x16mm diagonal to xz and yz) and new bearings. As the progress in print quality was so amazing I decided to also exchange the worn out extruder gears by printed ones. Didn't find the original 10/43 ratio in superior herringbone design here in the forum. So I digged out my library design [Gear cutting with free profile shift](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:636119) and designed it quickly from scratch.
