T4 arm for DYS be1806 motor

Strengthened the 250 size arms for the popular be1806 2300kv motors. Added about 0.8 grams material in places I broke the arms.
However,flying this I do not find this design very robust. One broken arm means busting out the soldering iron. I weighed this arm at about 9 grams. Most of the reputable carbon frames have carbon arms over 13 grams. Anybody expecting to get a good day's worth of flying should look for a stronger design that's much easier to change arms of.
