Led Cyr Wheel Cuff v3

Here is the latest iteration of my LED Cyr wheel project. A Cyr Wheel is a large metal ring that rotates gyroscopically as person 'spins' it. It acts in a similar way to a coin/penny, but every movement and motion is caused by the person inside it. I’ve been practicing for 2 years now. In 2013 I decided I want to try and put lights on it.
