Riser generator

I remixed the script for the wedged riser to create a simple riser generator.
You just have to enter the height in millimeter as the first variable of the openscad script and it will create the riser for you.
Then you have to export it as STL and open it as any other file with CURA or another slicer to generate the gcode file.
