Sunhokey i3 replacement X carriage

This design aims at 3 goals:
1) Replace 2 cheap linear bearings (which are lousy) with 3 ball bearing modules, thus increase precision of printing and get rid of moire on surfaces
2) Move hot end up, to allow higher models to be printed
3) provide better mounting options for fans

Carriage allows to fit e3d v6 hot end. Hot end plate has same holes placement for fan as original sunhokey carriage.
