Frame Hanger for picture or photo frames

Simple hanger for frames, takes to M3 nuts and cheese head screws to fasten to backing board. After a fruitless attempt to try get Adam Hudson to appreciate the benefits of having source available I made a simple change that allows one to choose to have nut traps or not.
