rubber band paddle boat design

This paddle boat is comes with either a screw or a pulley wheel to wrap the rubber band around, depending on the width of your rubber band.
It has two sections to hold pennies.
Glue is required to attach the wheel to the axis, the 2nd cylinder to the axis, and to attach the corkscrew/pulley wheel to the axis.
