This filament guide allows full rotation, it is extendable and the tube fits snuggly in the hole. The 4.8mm P2 part is for the stock tube, the 4.6mm P2 part is for the 1/8"IDx3/16"OD Teflon PTFE tubing available on McMaster-Carr; highly recommend it since it is so low friction and you can cut it to the length you need ($13 for 10ft).
