Yaccomod - Yet Another aCtive Coolment MODification for the M200 extruder gear

The extruder gear of the M200 gets hot and in when it comes to higher temps (using side panels/covering the printer, higher ambient temps) the filament is softened to a degree that extrusion just stops because the gear has no grip anymore. The extrusion can be restored at this point just by giving a little force to the filament pushing it inside the extruder, but who wants to watch the printer all day (and night)?
