Kossel 800 E3D V6 Effector

Same as the original Kossel Mini 800 effector, but modified to fit the E3D V6 hot end.

The Diameter of the fixing hole was increased to 16.2mm (giving it 0.2mm tolerance), and the depth was decreased to 3.8mm (with no tolerance, to ensure a tight fit when clamping).

Recommend using a hard plastic like ABS, but also one that doesn't warp. My test print was done in solid Nylon 645 and flexes slightly.
