Spiral Hexagon Stationery Box

I'm practicing FreeCAD. This is one of the work inspired by this work http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:592257 by Ryanvent3D. However, after printed that I got a problem not being able to put a big pen in it. So I draw this one for that.
