Carbon Fiber Rod adapter

Adapter for an odd-sized carbon fiber rod to ball-link end. It's for a scratch-built Delta printer I have in the works. If everything turns out I'll post the design files for the complete printer. Designed for a 4mm carbon fiber rod ordered from [Goodwind Carbon Fiber](https://goodwinds.com/clearance/clearance-carbon-tubes.html) and Traxxas 1942 Rod Ends.
