Remix of LCD case and knob for Prusa i3 Sunhokey

Small modifications on lcd case, with 2 holes for screwdrivers over the superior screw seats and reduced button height + 2 new narrow plates for rod holding.
To adjust the nut belt, just remove the case pulling it up, adjust the belt and place it again.
