Carbon Disc Wheel Build a Bike

This Carbon Disc Wheel is a part of my Build a Bike series, designed to allow for easy, detailed customization using interchangeable parts.
As a result this wheel should be fully compatible with all other parts in the series, please let me know if there are any comparability issues discovered.
