Rostock Max V2 40mm fan shroud

I remade the shroud due to the tip warping by being too close to the nozzle.

This is a fan shroud to use a 40mm fan on a Rostock Max V2. It is the most compact I could make it and should clear the arms all the way out to the printers build area. It sits only a few mm above the standard nozzle. It should be printed in ABS. It is a tight fit on the fan mounts, but that way it doesn't move while the printer is going and you probably don't have to use a screw to hold it on.
