It may happen that you may need to drill a hole for a holder pin - I would drill like a 2mm hole (or maybe 1.7 or 1.8 depending on your pin material) or so in the twist cap and in the top upper shaft (once you have assembled) - then stick a piece of filament through for a holder (or whateverelse you like)
