Instant 5 min paper clip

It will take you 5 minutes to print this functional paper clip in PLA, although it took me all morning to get to this version. By then I had found a real metal paper clip, but once a tech always a tech :)

7 iterations later (pic 2, left to right), from an original paper clip I had downloaded, this version worked the best, and firmly held my set of documents at 1.5mm thick, weighing 45g. No sign of stress from repeated reverse bending. Print a couple, don't get caught out like I did.
