E3D v6 1.75mm mount for Ultimaker 2 clone

This is a mount I am working on to mount the E3Dv6 hotend on my UM2 clone.
To use this on a official UM2 the Z Height will need to be modified to prevent build plate crashing into hot end during leveling. I haven't tested this on official UM2 yet just my clone which has a larger build envelope and doesn't have this issue.
