A rope roll for an ice bucket

My wife broke her arm and she got a cooling 'sleeve' which is connected to a bucket full of ice. By lowering the bucket for a minute and raising it again, the water is re-cooled in the bucket and then flows back into the sleeve. She wanted to do this without help, so I made this.

It's far from perfect - but it works.
