Spacer Anchor Cable Tie for MakerBot Replicator 2

This is a spacer for the cable tie anchor on a MakerBot Replicator 2 if you run your machine without the fiberboard covers. This spacer takes up the space usually taken by the cover and allows the screw holding things in to not bottom out.

thick_anchor_cable_tie files were added that include the zip tie loops.
