Prusa i3 Hephestos adjustable Y Axis Home sensor flag holder for use with Opto sensor

If you want to use an Opto sensor with the standard Hephestos Y Axis Home sensor carrier then you will need a flag holder.

I will cut a flag from 1mm styrene sheet but I have included a printable flag for those that need one
