Twoup! Modified E3D v5 Hot End Holder

So I wanted to a convert my TwoUp! printer kit from stock extruder to bowden so I mixed up a new slide and holder for a E3D v5 hotend. Note the fan hits the side in the lowest setting taking a little room and because of the loop at the end really doesn't do much from the original build so look for a remix coming soon.
