Makergear M2 mount for Bulldog-Lite extruder plus Merlin-Hotend

This is a mounting plate for the [Bulldog-Lite extruder](http://www.reprapdiscount.com/mechanics/61-bulldog-lite-extruder.html) and a [Merlin-Hotend](http://www.reprapdiscount.com/hotends/59-merlin-hotend-set.html) for my MakerGear M2. I milled this out of bamboo wood (for a test-version. I might do this later in aluminium).
