Tinkerplay Dragonfly Pixie character for dual material printing

This figure is based on parts from the Pixie character in the [Tinkerplay](http://www.123dapp.com/tinkerplay) app. Check it out, it's free for iOS, Android and Windows.

The parts are taken mostly from the app, and the Tinkerplay team has made sure that they are easily printable.

All I've done is make some slight modifications to make this particular model possible. If you have a dual extruder printer, go nuts!
