Tinkerplay Samurai head for dual material printing

This is the head from the Samurai figure in the [Tinkerplay](http://www.123dapp.com/tinkerplay) app, separated into the head and helmet parts for dual material printing.

The design is all Tinkerplay - all I've done is separate the two colors and added a rim so that the resulting part is strong.
