Radio Shack TRS-80 Model 102 Battery Cover

This was precipitated by repeated requests and discussions on the TRS-80 Model 100 mailing list:

This version doesn't have the rabbet on the outer edge of the cover. Since it prints upside down, that only serves to add unnecessary support material around the periphery.

This has NOT be verified to fit, but is based on a flawed
"Tandy 102 Battery Door" by joehms22 and on exhaustive measurements by David Flippo. Someone print it out and let me know it works.
