Modified Plunger for 60ml Syringe Extruder

I modified the tip of the plunger so that the shape matches the actual plunger that came with the 60CC syringe.

Doing this allowed us to use the actual plunger seals from the 60CC syringe itself.

The original print as seen in the first picture, was not suitable for these seals.

We also reinforced the 3Drag_platform because the original one kept cracking during mount.
